35" tires on 3.55 gears

FLAWLESS VICTORY!
I have 2012 Screw, 5.0, 3:55, 145", 3" Pro CompLevel & 2.5" rear blocks
I went to BFG Rugged Terrian T/A LT 275/65/20=34.1"
from the stock Pirelli's 275/55/20 31.9"
Don't forget - Tire and rim weight makes a big difference, and from the stock Pirelli's to the BFG's was only 5lb difference for each tire, you can check Tire Rack.com for the facts.
I had lagging and seemed slow off the line but it was my trans, plus I added the K&N 63 Kit and seemed to change the shift points no lagging
It went in for the updated TSB's for the PCM Higher Calibration for the 2012 & 2013 it changed that trans so much it was like driving a different truck
it bolts off the line and just keeps climbing feels like a muscle car how it shifts and climbs through the gears , and way smoother and seems real quick. Feels almost like I 'am driving my Supercharged GTP Grand Prix
Just sayin

I have 35 with 3.55 gears and the 5.4 . my 2010 runs great, I did use the SCT tuner and reset the revolutions per mile so the speedo reads right and transmission shifts correct. Actually my truck runs better! Forget the gears, it is a truck. If you want fast buy a corvette!!

I have the 295-70-18 which is a 34.5 and 3.55 it doesn't feel terribly less. I ordered a afe stage 2 and a tuner from mike at 5 star so we shall see what's what once that goes on.

Sure do!
The TBS's I had done stopped the Lagging from take off and trans shifted smoother tighter felt more solid, if you can get the traction with out spinning the tires, seems to give it more bottom end torque, it just bolts off the line with those 34" tires. It also took the Lag when going into reverse.
It felt like driving our FX4 with the 5.4 but only much better take off
I also had a problem every day on cold start up shifting hard and surging till it hit 3rd. Then it was good after that all day till next morning on start up, Im talking summer here.
It gave the PCM a higher calibration, I gave this to a few people and they got the same results that I experienced
Hope this helps

Summit had a number of ring and pinion sets for the 9.75. What changed? I notice the 4.10 gears sold by Tasca are for the non locking diff only. I just want to make sure that whatever I buy will work on my 13'

Im tempted to do the update to the PCM for the tranny.
For some reason I wasnt able to find anything on the "Road test perform TSB130114A - 3" part.
I really like your level by the way, almost makes it look like a 4" lift.
Thanks for the info Grant!
