Default 305/55r20 with Aftermarket rims- Will they fit? Please help

All,
i have been searching endlessly trying to find a definitive answer to my question. I'm sorry to bore you again with another wheel/ tire thread.

I just bought 20x9 +18 offset wheels.

Will a 305/55r20 Falken wildpeak At3 tire fit on my 2014 STX Supercrew with stock suspension?
I do not mind doing a little plastic trimming.

Thank you in advance

I'd put a 1.5 - 2" level under the front. Then you'll have it made. Stock, you're going to rub some.

If you are deadset on stock suspension, get a tire that isn't as wide. A 9 inch +18 offset wheel, you should be able to get a 285 or MAYBE a 295. 305 is going to rub.

I have a 0 offset wheel with the same size tire with a level and it took a fair amount of trimming. Your wheel would be tucked in another 18mm with the same size tire, 3/4" or so. You will rub for sure.

Also not all tires are created equal. Check Falkens website to get the true diameter of the tire.

I just purchased 295/60r20 Cooper STT Pro's, this size should be 33.9" but the actual size was 34.3" according to Cooper's website.

I do believe you will have a lot of trimming without a level regardless.

Good luck!

You have a 2wd, that's why you had so much rubbing.

If you have a 4x4, that size/offset will fit no sweat. I did two 2013/2014 4x4's this summer already with 305/55/20 Cooper STT Pro's, one had 9"+18 rim and fit no sweat, the other had 9"+0 and had to trim the lower bumper valence, that's all.

Yes and no. I have a 2WD yes, but with the BOSS Coilovers, I sit at a 4WD leveled height. I gained 4" in height using them. So using my measurements and comparison is exactly as if it were a leveled 4WD truck.
