Default 305 45 22s

looking to see if anyone has some 305 45 22 a/t tires on their truck. i have a '12 harley and want a slightly more aggressive tire on it that the stock 275 45 22. plus i want something can handle a little more weight. the 305 45 seems to fit the bill. a little bit more side wall and generally about 400lbs more load per tire.
if you do have this size tire:
what ones do you have?
do you like them?
what was needed to fit, level or lift?
pics?
thanks

Oh boy, your stock tires can handle all the weight your "Harley" F150 can handle, I think it is about 400 lb. so weight thing is a non issue but if you still desire a more aggressive look then get rid of the 22's and the rubber bands.

why lose the 22s? I run 22s with 35s and think it looks more aggressive than 20s or 18s. Throw a level on it and some wheel spacers with 35s and you'll be set

My guess is, is that you're pretty limited with tires for 22's. Personally I would go for a 20" wheel. The 305/55/20 setup looks really good. Had it in my previous truck.

I run Cooper 305/45 on 22 on my limited. Looks great, handle great in wet and dry and no rubbing.

that looks real nice. It's a nice setup if you like the "street truck" look. I like a level and some more aggressive tires myself.

so then what is the limiting factor then? why is a standard f150 rated for so much more? i like my 22s and want to keep it somewhat original looking.

i agree with you 100%. although like stated above im keeping my 22s and 35s are a little to big for what i want. 33 is about as big as im looking. with that being said you truck looks sick with this. just have a different idea/goal for this truck

this is what im looking to do, a level truck, maybe a little rake and an a/t tire that is good in all conditions

Limiting factor is trucks design and intended use, it is a street queen, you pay a premium for bling and less capability as a truck.
