They'll always make money tearing your dash apart to replace the blend door actuator $20 part for failure of a $0.05 nylon gear. Flow thru console can cost as much as $1200 labor. Been very common since MY 2007 and maybe earlier

Ford just unwilling to put out a permanent fix. But you have air cooled seats. Priorities...

The 6.2 is the bestest engine Ford makes cause it's Raptorized.

you know I've been thinking.... the new 3.5L which replaced the 3.7L sure would be cool, if somebody were to fit it with a pair of turbochargers. it could be economical to boost the smaller engine and have more power without all of the unnecessary displacement. maybe I could coin some kind of name for this economical boosted engine I've thought up.

I have to replace the blend door actuator as well as the heater core in my 2002 Jeep Grand. I have already spent the 200 dollars on parts, just don't know when I'll have the 14 hours to do the labor.
