Question 2wd Supercrew Leveling / Lift kits Tire Clearance

I'm new to F150 Forum, I've read and gathered a lot of information from this site in the past, but i just recently made an account so I can start to ask my own questions and provide knowledge where I can!

I know there are a lot of threads on this general topic, but I haven't been able to find one that completely answers my question.

I am buying a 2wd 09 XLT screw and am planning on leveling and/or lifting it in order to get more tire clearance. I have read that with a 2-2.5" Leveling kit I can get enough clearance to fit 35's but it will just look stuffy and I'll probably have to do considerable trimming to prevent rubbing. Then I thought about possibly adding 3" to the front and adding on a 1" block to the rear. Would this give me proper clearance to both fit and make 35's look good (not stuffy).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! If you have this setup and could post pictures of what it looks like that would be awesome!

I have 2.5" in the front and a 1.25" in the rear. This is my stance. Planning on adding 295/60/r20 toyo AT2s (34").
