You should have no problems running the 275x65x20's with the coilovers at 2 inches. The extra weight and running a 10 ply tire may hit a little harder in the ride and gas mileage department's. The E rated tires ride not too bad at 42 to 44 psi cold. Performance may take a little extra hit also due to the increase in height and weight.

I believe I've seen his are +18. But that won't matter since the tire is only going up in height, not much width. You could run those on +44 is my bet, as long as you have enough room in the wheel well
