nothing wrong with change if it's done tastefully. Problem is, larger wheels are rarely done with taste. People take the short cuts and buy cheap wheels and don't even bother with fitment and ride height, let alone figuring out which wheel flows well with your truck. It's a complete package. That's why 9 out of 10 trucks with 24s look like crap. Very few invest the money and time needed to look nice.

For the record, i'm more of a lowered guy.

Was one. But now living in a town for 7 -8 thousand. Lots of mudders with no mufflers around here. Canada is great and don't believe all the rumors about us all living in igloos...........

Just a hotel of ice.....

You make a good point about tastefully doing things....

So why come and comment on a thread that you have no knowledge of and cannot help in any way? Just hit the back button and move on to the next thread. I'm here as I'm also curious but now I'm just another useless comment on a thread I can't help out any. Sorry OP from me and some of the other d1ck heads leaving you useless comments.

Everyone has their own tastes. If I have gotten an FX2 instead of an FX4 I would gone bigger rims and lower. Maybe not as big as this thread is mentioning but maybe 24's or something.

It's too bad that grown men have to act like a big group of high school girls... Anyways OP, I came across this truck on another forum. 2" level up front with 30's. Pretty sweet IMO. Do you have any set plans on what you want to run?

I have to say that I saw a RCSB Chevy on 28's and the thing looked friggin sweet! I would definitely rock it. The kmc slides are by far my favorite choice for street trucks and a slight lowering with 28's would look killer.

Almost that exact set up..... I want to make sure a level kit is gonna make it happen and what size tires and offset of wheels I'm gonna need for no rubbing
