Any tips for installing the Autospring 2" Kit front and rear??
Tip, unless you are a pretty good wrench, farm it out.

I LIKE 'EM! I have an FX2 with the exact same rims that I want to do the same.

They look really good!

Another user on this forum - dubsesd - is running the same Auto Spring setup - 2" in the front and the replacement 3" block in the rear. He is running 305/55/20 Hankook ATMs on his and based on the pictures they don't appear to stick out on the sides at all. I plan on running this setup and was almost sold on the Hankook tires before seeing the BFG All Terrains in the above pictures. I love the look of BFGs and will most likely pony up the extra cash to get them. I think I am going to do the 2" / 3" level - it appears to still have a slight rake towards the front which is fine by me. Better than the front being higher than the rear - that looks completely stupid in my opinion. Auto Spring also sells a 2.5" kit for the front but I think I am going to go with the 2".

Here is Dubsesd's link that contains pics of his setup:

CougarKiller - you have 295s on your but also have aftermarket rims. Is the the rims that causes your tires to stick out? Again, I am considering 305/55/20 as I posted above and don't think they will stick out using the factory rims.

Well I got the leveling kit and rear block on today. What PITA for the front i had a hell of a time getting the lower strut into it's perch, and for the rear it seemed like the leaf springs never stopped extending. Everything came together ok though and I'm happy with the results, I have no issues at all with the rear, and the front upper ball joint which i though would be on too much angle is ok, but it seems that the axle shaft is on a pretty big angle hopefully it doesn't rip the boots.

Here are some pictures I'll get some final measurements tomorrow after the tires go on and the alignment. Sorry didn't get any before measurements or pictures through the process, was to concentrated on getting it on.

The first picture is a before and the others are after:

That's going to look great when you get your new tires on.

I just installed a 2" Autospring with 295/60/20s.

My tires aren't that bold but i wanted them to be.. was just worried about the extra width for throwing stuff up on the side of the truck and noise.. the Hankook ATM's should be good for me.

Yours looks sweet though, were you concerned with the front drive axle shaft angle?

Not really, I had the 2" AS on my 06 and didn't have any issues. But I wouldn't want any more than 2" because it only makes the angles worse.
