2011 Ecoboost no power brakes after replacing brakes
Wondering if anyone has ran into this before. I was doing front and rear brakes on my 2011 Ecoboost. Had it in neutral so I could turn the front wheels to access the bolts easier. When it is in neutral with they key off it does not turn it all the way off and some dash lights remain on. Ended up getting the wrong pads and forgot to put it in park and turn they key all the way off. Next day I replace front and rear pads then go to try and start it not even realizing the battery is almost dead. It doesn't start so I turn the key all the way off and the dash lights keep flickering and I hear all kinds of relays clicking. Disconnected battery and recharged for a couple hours. Started it up and has no power brakes now. No vacuum coming from pump. No power to vacuum pump. Checked the two fuses that supply the vacuum pump relay and the 40 amp one was blown. Replaced that, still not power to vacuum pump. Both fuses that supply the vacuum pump relay are good. Looks like the ground trigger signal comes from the abs module. Do you think I could have damaged the abs module somehow? Thanks for any help

Were you able to find a fix for this? I replaced vacuum pump and the sensor on the brake booster but I have no power coming to the vacuum pump.
