Its just a test mule. 2014 front clip (likely minus hood) and bed on a 15 cab. Likely something other than 6.2 under hood.

who knows might be a twin turbo or supercharged 5.0 that'd be awesome.

Hopefully payload capacity has improved. Today's can barely hold 4 full size guys, let alone gear and trailer with some tongue weight. A Passat has 300lb advantage over it.
