I'm pretty surer we're looking at the Lariat since it has leather-wrapped steering wheel.
Anyway, I've had nothing but bad experiences with brushed metal interior surfaces and prefer chrome, a harder coating.
In another photo the center console looks much the same, if not exactly the same with a different shifter and side molding covers.
In the past, Ford has kept 70% of the parts content from the prior generation with the introduction of a new model.

This is a very nit-picky item, but I can't believe they are using that smooth leather skin on the steering wheel .vs the textured one on my 2013.
Thank goodness they are finally going to keyless entry/ start. I love that feature in my wife's car, and hate I have to use a key to start my truck that cost $33k more than her car did.

You could always leave the key in the cupholder while you drive, but I have a better idea. If only there was some sort of recepticle in the truck or car in a predictable place where you could store your key...that had a hole in it that fit the key...
The only benefit I see is it unlocking automatically, but again, you have to be the first one in the truck's presence, or else you have to dig for the key so your family can get in before you get there.

Ehh... I can see the convenience of keyless start, but it is also a pain in the ***. My wife leaves her key fob for her car buried deep in her purse...bag...whatever it is they carry all their crap in. She'll pop into the store leaving me and the kids in the car and the car beeps and shuts off leaving us either in the cold or hot not being able to roll down windows. Ditto for me going out ahead of time and loading the kids and crap into the car while she finishes doing her thing in the house. Have to dig for the key in the bag of crap and I can never find the damn thing. Again, if I gas up and go inside to pay, wife likes to start the truck. If I walk away with the key fob in my pocket she can't do that. In the mornings I load all my stuff into the passenger side of my truck and I'll reach over and turn the key in the ignition to get it warmed and scrape of ice, snow.(I have remote start also...different story), can't do that with keyless as you need to have your foot on the brake for it to start.

With our other car, I just make sure I have my spare key and its never an issue. Keyless entry is really going to be the standard in years to come. I'm just surprised it isn't available yet in Fords most expensive products.

I like features. Blindspot detection, lane departure assist, multi view cameras, what not. I don't NEED them, but they're fun to have. Keyless entry is not one id pay to have. I just don't see it all that great when we can leave our keys in the truck and unlock it from the door pad. As long as you don't need remote start or you have the app.
As for up shifting and down shifting I find it pretty natural. In a manual you obviously use your right hand, and that's where the buttons are. One has an indent and that's how you can feel the difference. Paddles in a truck is an oxymoron to me. Like having carbon fibre. It's a truck for crying out loud. That's my only concern with this. It's straying towards a European interior. And my 13 already is. I find the RAM interiors seem far more American truck feeling. That's the only thing. I still think this is probably going to turn out well. I'd like to see higher FX4, KR, limited and platinum trims before a conclusion.

people, its a spy shot calm down.. you always find something to get your panties in a bunch over, tooo many buttons, to smooth of textures, to big of *****... on and on, ford obviously knows what its doing, considering its owning sales lately. if you dislike it that much go buy a government motors, or a dodge... maybe quit being so picky over such minor things

Lately owning sales? Try decades. 3+ in the US and almost 6 here in Canada.
But I agree wait for the full reveal. It might be tomorrow an if not tomorrow soon. But we are speculating off of what we have which is this.
