2014 White Plat 5.0 build thread
So I have started building up my F150. From the moment it left the dealership a week ago, it began. Unfortunately, the day I picked it up, it was raining and the roads were horrible. I have yet to drive my truck clean. First few picks will be of a dirty truck because modding start so quickly and I wanted to get a shot of every step. ROUSH kit is sitting here now. I have to run all the 87 out of it and run a tank of 93 through it before I can install it. Install date will be the 24th.
Before pics...
Driveway leans, so it loks like the suspension is messed up. Taking a shot of the rear because I will be going with 20x10s and I want to compare the stance from the rear.

It did not. I was surprised too, but it still came with a lot of options. 3.55 gears, e locker, 36 gallon tank, nav, moonroof, etc.
I am going to just use the ROUSH tuning for now so that I can maintain a warranty. From the research I have done, the ROUSH tuning adds about 100-120hp to the wheels, putting it around 420whp. It's rated at 570hp at the crank, so this tells me these drivetrains are pretty parasitic.
For wheels and tires I will be going with these in 20x10s and am still determining if I want to go with Nitto 420s or the Terras for an aggressive look. Will wait to see how much of an issue traction is, then decide.
