2014 oil leak

I do my own oil and filter on my 2014 5.0 every 5K. No matter how careful you are and no matter how much you wipe up after some oil stays up there and drips down after.

First in line at the dealer at 0700. Told I would have to leave it but it wouldn't even be looked at until tomorrow morning at the earliest. I left and was told to call ahead to see the wait or try another dealer... I'll keep my thoughts on this to myself.

Fast Driver Slow Truck
It's the absolute busiest week of the year for them. I tried to drop my truck off last Monday and was asked to bring it back last Tuesday. Brought it back, dropped it off, got a loaner, picked it up yesterday. They were slammed. I think my service writer called in sick and they made him come in, felt bad for the guy.
Anyways...drop it off, get a loaner and let them deal with it. they may need to clean it and let it sit and weep a little to find it anyhow.

...I noticed a few drop of oil in my garage and looked under the hood. There is most definitely evidence of an oil leak somewhere near the oil filter but due to space restrictions it's hard to get a look around. I grabbed the oil filter and it appears to be tight, but any ideas of where else to check or any common problems like this?

Yeah I had an appointment and the loaner would cost me according to the service manager. I am currently trying to work it out with them locally. They are saying their bays are full of vehicles with complex issues...mainly. Oil leaks. Sounds fun.
