Default 2014 oem navigation to 2009 none navigation platinum

Hi
Help Please
I own a 2009 Ford f150 platinum with out the factory navigation.
recently I just bought an Oem navigation(nav and cd/DVDs player)taken out from a 2014 Ford f150 fx4 and wonder if it will work in my truck, what I need to buy, where?(link please)to get it to work such as wire harness or anything else I need?
I'm not sure because it a platinum trim I wonder if it already have factory wire harness tug in there for the navigation.
I know that there are after market navigation out there but I got this unit at a good price and like it a lots.
Thanks in advance.

I'd like to know this is as well, last dash/body harness I swapped out I had to gut the entire interior from the headliner to the sheet metal floor pan to both bumpers and all 4 doors, took me 3 days working at the dealer.

If there is a simple way to do it I will.
