I have a 2014 that I would like to replace or upgrade the headlights we have tried headlight restoration and they are still not clear. Any recommendations? Thanks.
If those are factory HID lights, those are great lights and the outer lens doesn't look terrible. Its not crystal clear but its not completely shot either.
Can you explain more what the issue is? Are they dim? Are they not projecting properly? Have you swapped out the bulbs in those projectors? Have you checked to make sure the bulbs are seated correctly?
What restoration technique did you use? Wet sand and buff then clear coat? As far as aftermarket most of what you're going to find is cheap chinese crap. Morimoto are probably the best you can buy but new they're like $1100 or something.
I mean they're not bad if you put LEDs in them. If they have the regular HIDs, they cast a nice field, but a dim field. And these things are so weird with the high beam only getting brighter above the shutter. I've ran led in a halogen housing for a decade and it's hard to switch to these and appreciate them at all

they are dim and the actual headlight housing doesnt look the best.

IIRC, I used a 3M headlight restore kit on my 05 Tundra. It worked well for me. I would try some LED bulbs in your headlights first. With it being a factory projector, as long as you have them aimed properly, the cut off will keep you from blinding folks on the road. I agree with @SHIFT_Lock most of the scAmazon replacements out there will be Chinesium chit.
Before kit-
After
These too are some Chinesium chit units from scAmazon but I don't recall how long I had them on the truck before I had to restore them. I Had previously done a retrofit on the originals and managed to overbake them and distorted them so I replaced them with these Chinesiums.

The only way I usually see people get good results is by actually wet sanding them and buffing then clear coat. There are some YouTube tutorials on this that are really good.
That's what I did with that kit. Wet sand. Had like 3 different grades of sandpaper but I don't remember which. I think the highest is 3000 or something like that.

That's likely why yours turned out so good. Those buffing kits just don't do anything for them.
