So you're saying if you didn't get Sirius in your truck you don't have HD?
No, those are unrelated.
It looks like the HD is part of the ACM, which includes the physical CD player and some other audio functions. I guess there must be ACMs with and without the HD. Unless it's another item that can be turned on via software.
If you are comparing the buttons in our pictures, I've turned Sirius off in mine via forscan. It used to be there.

Really? I never seen an s197 Mustang with Sync MFT. I thought only s550 mustangs had Sync with MFT(2015 and up).

I checked with my wife, who happens to have an excellent memory, and she pointed out that the Mustang did not have the plain ugly screen that I remember, but had the other pretty screen.
Man I need a memory transplant, it's only been a year and I am confusing my beloved Mustang with a rental we had this summer!
I've wondered about this myself, I also have a 2014 FX4 with the 402 package, but I don't have HD radio. I looked at the 2014 brochure, and sure enough the 402 package mentions HD radio.
So I tracked down the Canadian brochure, and there isn't HD radio listed for that model. Although a CD player isn't listed either, and I do have that.
I guess my truck, initially bought in Cincinnati, is a Canadian truck? My door sticker does have the Canadian maple leaf on it.
