Default 2014 F150 How to fix a Bumper Bracket? Suggestions Please, Thanks

Only the left and right nuts were tightened
Passenger side, drops down.
Driver side, drops down.
The two nuts on each side of the safety latch aren't aligned as well
Hi everyone,
I'm new to the site, excited to be here.

My mom was driving my F150 over the weekend and hit another pickup truck that had a hitch, that hitch DING my chrome bumper pretty bad.
I was lucky to find a used bumper in perfect condition, so I took the damaged bumper out, transfer every little piece to the one i bought. When I try to put it on, both side tend to fall, then i notice the bracket welded on the frame was also out of shape.

The FORD Body shop, quoted me about 6hours of work to fix it @ $85/hour, thats over $500+tax. I was wondering if there's a DIY way to fix it myself.

Thanks guys,

I cant tell that anything is wrong with those brackets. When you say that both sides fall, do you mean the gap between the bumper and grill gets big? You do know it has slotted holes so you can align the bumper and once its tightened it stays in place?

Thank you for your reply,

Yes they are slotted holes.
WhenI was putting the bumper on as up as possible, I tightened the two nuts in the center first, making the middle/center part aligned as it supposed to be. after this, the two ends of the bumper can't be pushed up, no matter how hard we tried.

I think the problem is that, the upper parts of the brackets were pushed in, lower parts were pull out, making the bumper tilted, hence the two ends look like dropping down.

Park next to a tree or telephone pole and use a pull a long to pull the top out. For pushing the bottom in would a BFH work?

As mentioned above, that's probably the easiest way to DIY it. Just make sure the horns themselves aren't bent.

Thank you guys,
As of this point, I think I know how much I should pull the top out by measuring the misalign holes beside the hood safety latch.
But I have no idea how much I should push, I have no reference to compare to.
If i were to apply heat before pushing and pulling, how much heat should i apply? so much that they starts to glow? never done this before.

I going to contact auto wreckers in my area to see if they have any 09-14 F150 that isn't damaged in the front, and hopefully they let take out the front bumper to check inside. if they don't let me do that, I'll just buy the Bumper brackets, so they'll have to take the bumper off anyway.
The brackets are probably the cheapest, Brand new ones cost $55 CAD from Ford dealer, used probably less than 25.

Thanks again

I don't think the bumper mounting plates are bent on the frame but the brackets behind the bumper probably are.
