2014 F150 FX4 6.2L - Pics! New Member Here!
Hey Guys! New member here!! I've been reading your posts for weeks and finally cracked down and bought a Ford F150. I've been going back and forth on whether to wait for the 2015's to come out but then I read they were getting rid of the 6.2L (which I really wanted). So I cracked down and made the purchase. Anyways, I look forward to learning lots about the truck from everyone, glad to be a member!!

Congrats on the new truck, that thing looks mean!

I test drove the 5.0 and EB and liked power of the EcoBoost but the sound better of the 5.0. With the 6.2, I got both of best worlds... the sound and power I wanted of a big V8.
The gas milege isn't that bad either. I live in IL and the truck was in Minneapolis MN so the dealer had to go get it and to my surprise, when I got the truck it said the gas MPG average was 18.7. So he got almost 19miles to the gallon on the highway... better than I expected.
Since I got it, of course I spent a ton of time joy riding around town so now it's down to 17.3 average. Still not bad for the big V8!

Thanks everyone!! I just completed my order with 5 Star Tuning already also, can't wait to get that soon and really wake the 6.2 up!
