Default 2014 f150 curb weights

So I have a 97 f150 with 435.000 miles on it and I`m thinking about a new truck.
I test drove a 2014 4x4 super crew 5.0 and was stunned at how heavy it felt driving it.
I`m after a 2x4 version and from what I can find the 4x4 drivetrain adds 300 lb.
What I`d like to know is the weight of a super crew vs a super cab.
To get a better overall feel for the weight of the truck.

jabberwoki ... Looks like that 6.2 is 265lbs heavier than the 5.0
Not all of the extra weight is due to the engine. The weight difference in the engines is 145Lbs. *580Lbs versus 435Lbs

Check out some trucks at the dealer. The GVWR - the payload will give you the weight. Both can be found on the stickers in the door jamb.
