Default 2014 F150 lower control arm bolt loose

I installed Moog caster nuts part #K100025 to help with the alignment when I installed my leveling kit and they seemed to work fine for 4 months but yesterday I was at a drive thru and made the sharp turn while leaving and heard some metal to metal movement under the truck. Then I looked underneath and it seems like the head lower control arm bolt has moved, since there are marking on the lca mounting bracket on the frame. I also notice my steering is off so I will have to take it in for another alignment. Has this happen to anyone else? What would be the cause, just the bolts weren't tight enough? Are these caster nuts not as good as just having the factory nuts or that shouldn't be an issue? Should Loctite be used on these bolts?

Default

Well got back from the alignment shop and had to pay for another alignment because the guy said if they would of loosen, they would of done it before 4 months. He told me to come back in a month to make sure everything is tight. I guess I'll have to keep both size wrenches in my truck and check the lca bolts often so they don't loosen.
