2014 F-150 XL Suspension Noise

Just bought a new to me 2014 F-150 XL. It only has 34K on it. Took it for a test ride and all seemed OK. Once I got it home it turned into my driveway and heard a clunk in the front suspension almost like a spring was moving around. I could feel it in the steering wheel. My driveway has a very sharp 8" lip that is about at a 45 degree angle. I was just crawling when I went up it. Then it seemed to go away. Well now it's back and does it every time. It will also do it on a normal driveway if you have any speed at all. Being sprung so stiff I can't really get the suspension to move enough to see what's happening. Any ideas?

Have you checked the sway bar end link bushings? It's a pretty new truck, but who knows. That's where i'd start.

I have not. I will take a look at it tonight.

Mine was doing this and I put it into 4wd down the highway for a few miles and that stopped it.

My guess is sway bar end links as well.

Sway bar seems fine. The dealer I bought it from is willing to look at it for free so I will see what they say.

Did you thoroughly examine the end links connected to the sway bar? Specifically the rubber bushings?

Dealer looked at it and said they could find nothing wrong. They said they lubed everything and I should see how it is. The noise is gone. I don't believe the noise was because of lack of lube somewhere and they did something else but not worried about it seeing at this point the noise is gone.
