2014 F-150 STX Kenwood Radio
Howdy guys. So one very long time ago i got my dad a Kenwood execlon. I have zero idea how to install it. I pulled the old radio(Basic radio) plugged in my harness, and it didn't fire on. I fired it on at the house and it worked fine then. I need to know if i need to get a Idata link. I was trying not to for the price but if i have to i have.
Like said in the title, its only an STX with the basic radio, no screen.

I had to use and interface harness with my pioneer. There was no reprogramming of the truck to accept the new stereo. I would imagine you need something similar.
