Boost :)
As long as you are under warranty, I wouldn't do it. The chances of them finding something like that are definitely slim, but I would avoid it unless you have to.
If you aren't having any issues, then no reason to. If you start to, let the dealer try to fix it and see if they can. If they can, great. If they can't, then consider it.
I've had both a 2011 and 2013 and never had an issue bad enough that caused me to consider drilling the small hole. Any hesitation I have felt was due to poorly gapped or worn out plugs. 30-45 minutes and 30 bucks later, problem solved.

Your truck is under warranty. If there's a problem, have the dealer attempt to fix it.

I was about to drill a hole in my intercooler yesterday.. But I re-gapped all my plugs 1st..
I have about 87000km on my truck now and I'm still running stock plugs.. They were all between 40 & 60.. After brining my gaps back to 30 all is good in the world.. (Wish I hadn't had the last TSB done)

My hat's off to you, sir
I wouldnt do it "just in case", my 11 had issues, my 13 doesnt and from my reading here it seems most 14s are ok.
