Well I just went to check to see if the brakes were sticking and I couldn't get them to stick... I scheduled a master cylinder replacement using the recall so maybe that is causing some of my issues. Although from what I understand the recall is simply for loss of pressure not the symptoms i have described. Also my brakes have begun to squeak already and I have not had them on my truck for more than 6 months...

That was one of the most informative repair videos i think i have ever watched haha. I think I will go back through and clean and re grease everything. I am not convinced i had enough lube in essential locations the first time I did the brake job

Stuck caliper will have nothing to do with the recall.

Yeah great video. I followed this on my truck and my dads old Chevy. Brakes are perfect. 20k mils for my truck and 2 years or about 8k for his.

My truck had one pad froze in the slide which caused my noise. And the pad to wear out before the others
