Default 2014 5.0 Water Pump Tubing

I'm needing to replace my water pump. Can anybody tell me how they've removed the black pipe that extends off of the top of the water pump that has hoses to the reservoir and heater? Is it threaded, pressed in? Does it have an o-ring. Replies are appreciated!

as i recall it slips in and is held down with one bolt.you have to remove something to get access to the bolt tho

Do you mean the black T connector? One goes to the resovoir and the other goes to the radiator? It’s a T connector but looks more like a Y.
If so there’s metal snap rings you have to open. Use a flathead screwdriver to pop them open.
