Exhaust: Pick which one you like best. If you plan on keeping a truck a long time and don't want it to rust out I suggest a quality stainless one vs aluminized. Popular choices are Borla, MBRP, and Flowmaster.
Computer (tuner): Sct X4, please don't use the pre-loaded tunes. Popular options are 5* tuning and MPT.
Headers: Shorty or LT? Only 2 LT makers I know of, American Racing and Stainless works. Can't vouch for quality of either one, but I'm sure they're both fine. Costs a pretty penny though. Shorties waste of money IMO other than being a nicer looking header.

I'll vouch for the quality, sound, and performance of the Stainless Works long-tube header/true dual exhaust with a 5-Star tune combo
It isn't cheap by any means, but everything about the system is top-notch, including the sound it makes. The headers were a trying and painful job that took me 2 days on a lift, and if I had to do it all over again, I absolutely would! Worth every ounce of blood, sweat, and tears I had to put into the job of getting them in there.
It may not be a Mustang, doesn't mean you can't enjoy the sound of more horsepower than any Mustang GT ever enjoyed until they put the same Coyote 5.0 in it

definitely go with an sct for your tuner, pick a tuner you feel comfortable with. if doing mail order you can try a couple and see what you like best
catback: all pretty much do the same performance wise. different material, sound, style and price will decide this for you
headers: stainless works or american racing. both a great with good fit and finish. stainless works has a full system. both are a pain to install but worth it. they sound killer
