It's been 2 years since I started this thread and the Z is holding up ok with 2 exceptions: 1) I noticed a few tiny spots where the paint flaked off on the rear so they were not caused by pebble impact and I used the touch up paint to fill them in and I don't even notice them any more; 2) when it rains or has rained and I open the rear glass hatch a lot of water makes it way into the bed and on to my gear, I sometimes have equipment I don't want getting wet so I keep a towel back there.

With that said, I would still buy it again, it looks good and those are very minor points. I also built a carpeted wooden frame inside the bed with shelves for storage which works great.

You'll be happy and post some photos!

Almost 3 years with mine, still love it, no issues. A neighbor was helping me remove it a month or so ago and he literally dropped it with about 6" til it hit the 2x4's on the saw horses. Not a crack or single issue with it, very happy. Will def go with ARE again.

I have a new ARE Z-series topper waiting for install an hour from here. Actually, ordered it several weeks ago after doing side-by-side comparo w/ top of line Leer 100XQ as on my current (for sale) Nissan Frontier. Do a search on my limited posts to find why I chose ARE but its a choice happily done...
