Could be that your intercooler is filling up with condensation and gunk. Pretty common! Many of us have drilled a 1/16" hole in the bottom of the intercooler as a "weep hole". There is much discussion on this forum about this topic. Search "intercooler weep hole"
may not be your problem but sounds like it.

Drill the weep hole and see what comes out.

After I drilled mine, I drove it for about a week then screwed a small stainless steel sheet metal screw into the hole. I don't want that crap all over the bottom of my truck. I have a reminder set in my cell phone to go off on the first of each month letting me know it's time to pull the screw and drive it a bit. Once the screw goes back in, a little carb cleaner cleans up any spray. When I first drilled it, I got a lot out. Now it's only a few drops monthly.

I just wash mine off with hot water. The screw method would be too much of a pain plus it defeats the purpose of having the weep hole. If it is plugged and it builds up it can be sucked into the intake. The weep hole naturally gets rid of condensation overtime.

makes sense! Maybe I should just leave it out. If I start getting oil and residue all over the undercarriage, it's going to bug me though.
