Mine has the same issue. It stutters and hesitates randomly -- some days its great some days its awful. Strange thing is it does the same thing both on bluetooth and on USB. Took it to the dealer the other day and they claim to have fixed it but didnt even leave the parking lot before i had to show them again. I am at a loss-- they said then it was my iphone -- lucky for me I have a 4 and 4s (personal & work) and my wife has a 5 -- all doing the same thing. No resolution yet

Also, my navigation is way off, but I am sure that is due to my tires (34.5") Will be getting a 5* tune to correct this ( I hope). Any suggestions I will be more than happy to try and report back

chalk another person up to having this issue. Sound quality is way better using a cable, but the erratic nature of it working/not working is driving me nutz.

From what I have experienced these 2 are NOT related. There is a simple fix that worked for me on the NAV being off. Disconnect the negative battery cable for about 10 mins. This has helped MANY people with the NAV location. If it does not work for you there is supposedly an update for the GPS unit in the truck.

I am also having the bluetooth skipping issue. Some days it's perfect, some it's not. I have messed around but not found anything to resolve it.

This is the first time I've seen this thread. I've had the same issues ever since the latest iPhone update. I seem to think it has something more to do with the iPhone update than the truck.

If I think about it, I'll start using my iPad which is not updated on BT and see what happens.

I had just simply stopped listening to BT because I had a USB thumb drive with almost all my music, so there wasn't really a need for BT.

There was a big update for Sync/MFT a few months back that fixed most of these issues.

hi eye.surgeon,

Which version of SYNC is your vehicle equipped with? I can provide some troubleshooting steps specific to your version.

Hi gn85,

Depending on your version of SYNC, a simple clean pairing could resolve the issue. I've seen this behavior caused by some apps out there as well, typically custom launchers of some sort. Is your vehicle equipped with a touchscreen or does it have the basic 4.2" display?

It's happening to me too, I don't think it's an iPhone issue as my wife and I both use Blackberrys. We haven't had the truck long, but this just started happening last weekend

Hrmm.. I will try a clean pairing as well and see if that helps.

I have the touchscreen/navigation unit.

Thanks for the suggestion.
