Couldn't find a previous thread on this.
My wife and I were driving home the other night, I turned the dial all the way to 90degrees, and cold air was spewing out of the drivers side vents, while the passenger vents were super hot. I turned on the passenger AC down to 60 and it was cold. Turned the drivers side to 90, still cold. And yes, I checked all the buttons to make sure the MAX AC was off and all that jazz.
Anybody have this issue in their trucks? Mines a 2010 fx4 screw. Dual AC without Nav.

My guess is a stuck or broken blend door.

Junk actuator. Was it making any clicking noises or anything. Already replaced the one for the pass side in my truck. Making clicking sound and not actually turning the blend door from hot to cold.

I don't recall hearing any clicking. But I was on the freeway and I have a manga flow exhaust. I'll try again after work at idle speeds. Is that a warranty fix?
