Never on dusty roads... mostly highway.

I can roll my window down and hear it from outside front left.

i have a very similar noise and just tracked it down to the driver's side sun visor yesterday. the rod that the visor slides on is rattling inside the visor and the sound is bouncing back off the windshield. pull your sun visor all the way out and hold it and see if your noise goes away.

Alright will do. Unfortunately mine sounds like it is coming from the underside of the truck under the front end. And it's only in torquey acceleration after about 45mph if that makes sense. Don't know a better way to describe it.

Mine is the same. As soon as I slow down ... the rattle stops. Also ... It doesn't happen all the time. Seems to happen more often when the truck is warmed up or after I have been on the highway for a little while.

Default Same exact problem, still no fix.. personal mechanic and the ford dealership both

I did a google search and I see these possible problems but mostly for older vehicles not one that has 14000 miles on it:

brake pads / clips
center hub cover on wheel
axle cv joint
sway bar link / bushings

Bringing it back on Friday as it has not gone away. Anyone else had this issue and how did it get resolved.

Thanks
Same exact problem on my 2013 f150 platinum 3.5v6 took it to ford dealer and personal mechanic still no answers 3 months later...smdh
