Its the nav card. Located in my center lift up storage area. It is an SD card, about the size of a postage stamp. You should see the edge of it when you look down into the compartment. Push on it to pop it out. It only goes in one way, when you put it back.

Thats crazy. Its an easy fix. Mine did it and all the dealer did was replace the inner door handle mechanism assy. Klaben Ford in Kent Ohio if they want to contact service to help them out. 330-673 3139 is the # there.

Rev & nullname, horak is right. Here's what my dealer put on the repair sheet.
"Customer states that they have to sometimes pull the outside handle on passenger door twice to open. Feels like something is dragging.
Verified concern, removed right front door panel, and replaced latch assembly."
That was it, EZPZ. When I told the service writer what your dealer said, she just made a face and shook her head. If they don't believe, they can also call Terri in the service dept. at Hilbish Ford 704-938-3121. If they need my name just PM me.
