Default 2013 Level/Spacer/Tire????'s

I apologize in advance all the questions I am asking, just trying to get this right. I have a 2013 XLT with 18" chrome wheels and I am looking for new tires and a level! After being intrigued by dubsesd current build along with his past builds, I have realized you can make a stock truck look better while still keeping a stock appearance! After sending him a PM, he gave me some ideas of what to do, but I have more questions to ask:

Does anyone run 1.5" spacers on XLT 18" chrome wheels? If so can you post pics! This would effectively make the offset +6, correct?
Do any tires come in 285/70/18?
Are there any true 1.5" front spacers out there? Autospring has one, but it appears many are actually seeing 2" of lift.
Is there such a thing as a 1.5"-1.75" rear block for these trucks?
If I have to go coilover to get the 1.5" in the front, are Ranchos any good? I would love one from f150lifts, but not sure I can justify the price for an 1.5".

Its believed a setup of 2" front/2" rear block running 285/70/18 would look killer, but not sure the tires exist.

Running 285/65/18's with a 1.5 front and 1.5" block would net roughly the same gaps in the wheel wheels, so this is the route I am thinking of going. Just not sure if the products I am looking for exist. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

After doing a quick search, I realized I got the Ranchos and Bilstein 5100 switched around, so the disregard the question about Rancho, should have been Bilstein.
