2013 Lariat buyers, what'd you pay?
I am currently researching getting a 2013 lariat, with ecoboost, 502a package and uprated rims. List price came out to $49,500.
I asked a dealer to get to me their bottom dollar and they came back at $42,500. I was thinking $40,500 before tax/title/lic made more sense.
His reply was, "are you buying today at that price?" This made me think that price was not out of line.
Any thoughts? Anyone think there's more meat on the bone that I can get from them?

Your offer is reasonable. I paid 41500 plus tax/tag/ lic. Otd was 44500. I am in Maryland. I paid invoice price minus incentives at the time. No haggle. Agreed upon the price, deal was done. Painless. Also a Lariat 6.5' bed, 3.73 gears did not seem that plentiful in my area. MSRP was 48435.

I just posted this for another forum member in another thread. This may help you also....
I ordered a 2013 Eco-Boost Lariat 4x4 Screw 157"WB on 2/23/13 using the X plan. I had a high dollar trade (2006 Corvette) so I didn't want to neg. price and then neg. a trade value and go from dealer to dealer trying to get the best deal. X plan made sense since I knew what the price would be and all I had to do would be negotiate a trade value.
The retail on the Lariat was $49,335 X plan was $45,474 = $3,861 off retail. I also got $4,750 in rebates etc. for a total of $8,611.00 I also saved an additional $1,560 off of the sales tax since the trade value is subtracted from the sale amount.
I think that with some negotiating skills you could get X plan pricing or very close without much work.

I picked up a 13' XLT loaded 4x4 for about 11k off sticker in Houston, Texas last week. It was 8k in rebates and a extra 3k off with ford financing. Same deal was offered to me on a lariat but I didn't find one I liked.
