Default 2013 grille on a 2011

Hey guys, I have my truck in the body shop and I'm getting a new grille to replace mine. I have a 2011 Screw Ecoboost and I'm wanting to put a 2013 lariat grille to replace my 2011. My service rep just called to claim that the measurements between the two are different... I'm thinking this is a load of BS. Can anyone confirm if the parts are interchangeable?
Here's what I have...

Here's what I want...

I'm positive the 2013 will work. I'm looking at doing this to mine. I just swapped out an '09 FX4 grille for a '13 FX4 grille on my son's truck, no problem.

Tell him to quit screwing around trying to figure out a way not to do it. Lol. Could have done it already.

Thanks y'all. He's ordering the part I want tomorrow. I was almost positive myself but wanted to check with the more experienced crowd on here. I also called a dealership and he said that aside from about a $40 difference, and the appearance, the parts were equally interchangeable.

You'll thank yourself afterwards the 13' lariat grille looks soo much better than earlier models IMO!

I really like the 13' Lariat grille, I'm thinking about doing the same thing you are.
