If i put air bags on my extended cab 5l ford will this carry a camper

It will carry one regardless. The real question is how far you'll get. Could be 1000s of miles, could be the end of your driveway.

You need to do weight research. Start with the sticker on YOUR truck.

This sticker on your door will tell you just how much weight you can put on your truck. Include everything ..your weight , the wifes estimated weight and anything else you take with you. Truck campers are better suited for f250 & f350's
