Default blend door motor?

This is for a 2012 XLT 5.0 basic AC system.

When I bought my truck (used) whenever I would turn it on, I would hear this clacking sound then it would go away. Turns out it was the blend door actuator behind the radio. Replaced it and problem went away. Now recently whenever I’m running my AC if I change the temperature it makes a rumbling sound behind the radio and it goes away. My AC and heater work fine. Just wondering if this is another sign the blend door motor, I replaced years ago is going bad?

Blend door failures seem common here, all I got is most say to go OEM replacement, they say aftermarkets are junk.
