That price sounds high IMO.... My price for my 12 xlt 4x4 Screw new was 31k before paying 2k sales tax, and 2 yrs tags! I got $11k off sticker price...

Mine didn't come with a backup cam, or tailgate step... But that's not $4k in options either, I think you could of gotten a better deal IMO....

I guess it would depend on your location.

Competition where I live is pretty stiff with several Ford dealers competing against each other.

Two weeks ago, mine went for just under 31K and it had the 302A, 18" chrome rims, backup camera, trailer brake, etc.

8-10k off sticker is general rule these days. Depends on trim level options and rebates

I'm rather new to this forum and didn't realize the etiquette with certain questions, so please disregard my reply above, though I have no reason to embellish what I paid.

I'm also a former Ford salesman after I retired from the Navy so I guess that might make me snake-like to some.

As long as you're good with whatever you pay, then that's a good price, no?

I know in Boise they have them listed @ 31-32k with the rebates on 2013 models... The salesman told me about them bit I wanted an ecoboost & still got it for 32, but I get z plan.

As someone else said it depends on your location. Here in Minnesota I could get that truck for 31000 otd but I'm not sure where your at.

I would put a little pressure on them to convince you they are giving you a good deal. At that price, you are not getting a good deal.

As others have said you should get at least 8-10k off of sticker, and with a trade and ford financing that should give you another 3k.
