Default 2013 F-150 cluster? transmission?

Hello! I have a 2013 F-150 FX4, 3.5 Ecoboost, 6 speed transmission. 142,000mi
I was driving to work this morning, going about 75 mph when a wrench appeared over the center of the display. At the same time, the speedo went to zero, the odometer was all dashes and the airbag light came on. The truck was now magically in 4th gear. Tach seems to be reading correctly. I pulled to the side, turned truck off and back on, and everything back to normal. Until, later that day, after driving about a mile and parking at a fast food place, go to leave and truck is in second gear) I know I can put the transmission in second in low traction situations, but I was in drive, readout and actual transmission in second. 30 miles later, after a stop (truck parked and shut off), upon starting truck and putting in drive, apply the gas and it feels like a it's in a tall gear. Look at readout, reads 5th gear. Anyone have experience with this? Is this an electronics issue? A transmission issue? Where do we start with diagnostics?
Thank you for any direction you are able to give,
Sincerely,
Mike

Lead Frame . Lots of posts about them here lately. Just had mine changed not sure if it was warranty or recall either way I pay nothing out of pocket ... but my truck shifts great now.

That is the extended warranty for the leadframe. Should give you a code P0720 or similar, and should be 100% covered. Bring it to a dealer.

Default Have same simptom, and loss of power for about 3 sec

The problem , was the trans speed sensor, wrench appears on dash, loss of power, and stuck in any gear , stop the truck, turned off wait for few secs and I start again the engine ,it runs like nothing went to the shop, no codes, nathing happen in months ,then happen again, same thing , no codes ,last time I was lucky a friend of mine who is a Porsche mechanic specialist tell me let's change the transmission speed sensor, looks like losst of power changing gears, this is controlled by a speed sensor, we change the sensor and problem fix, years and problem isn't coming back, that's my story in a 2011 5.0 v8 6 speed f150 hope helps everyone

That sensor is one with the lead frame.
