Default Ecoboost 1600 miles Oil Change and Oil analysis

I had my truck in yesterday for the updated TSB - 150003. I believe a vacuum line was replaced and maybe a PCV valve replaced. Also a flash of the PCM and ABS system. (sure did not understand that one) They also changed the oil. I had been experiencing flucuating oil levels. It has been from right at the full level to right in the middle of the first bend above the full mark, which is about 3/4 inch above the full mark to back to the full mark. (and yes, I am absolutely certain that this fluctuation was taking place)

When I first called the service manager about the fact that I could smell gas on the stick he said to keep an eye on it. I kept a very close eye one it and called him back when it rose again. He checked by build date and said it should all be up to date. After I learned about 150003 on this forum I called him back and asked him again and he was unaware of it. One of the biggest issues here is that he said that there was no problem driving it. I feel now after seeing the oil analysis that there may have been a huge problem driving it. The viscosity and flash point were way above limits. Fuel present was 6%.

I would really like to speak or correspond with a Ford Rep about this. I am worried the future health of my Ecoboost has been compromised.

Ok, did you call Ford? Not really sure why you would post here asking to talk to Ford?

If your oil is diluted with 6% fuel, you have every right to be concerned. Your engines lifespan has without a doubt been compromised!

Just curious, what is the cost to have an oil analysis?

No, not yet. Just got the oil analysis late this afternoon. I will Monday morning. Why would I post here? Well because I know of a someone who started a case file right here on this board through one of the customer service reps. I have already had a rep post a reply to an earlier post about this issue.

Is there a problem with my statement about wanting to speak to a Ford rep???

Big Al,

What kind of oil are you using?
How many miles was on that oil you had sampled and posted the results for?
Do you have a report on what the numbers are for the new oil you are using?

No, no problem at all. I know the reps on here have helped some but not others. Good luck.

The oil that was sampled was the original. The truck/oil had 1600 miles. This first oil drop was done at the dealer along with the TSB. They use a synthetic blend but I don't have the numbers other than 5W-30.

I am hoping that someone with knowledge will chime on on the metals numbers. I know you can expect some metal in the break in oil but 114 PPM on the copper?
