From what I can see, it should be ok. The back 4 could be a b*tch though. Armed with a cold beer, I'm sure it will be fine.

. There is nothing a cold beer can't help. Maybe even 2.

mine was build last August, I pulled the plugs out two weeks ago, and all of them were grapped around 33-34, not too bad compare to what others have experienced.

Just turned 26k on mine the other day. I'll be doing this when it gets a little nicer out. Are you guys replacing your plugs with Motorcraft plugs?

The SP-534's I picked up for both Ecoboosts say right on the box that the gap is not adjustable. So I didn't and they seemed to be pretty consistent at 0.032 out of the box.

Did the Taurus tonight and lost 2 coil boots. They stuck to the spark plugs and trying to remove them tore them to shreds. Guess after 72k that's to be expected. Tried to get replacements and Autozone wanted $30 per boot. Ford dealer (through fordparts.com) is under $3 so I'm sending the wife there tomorrow!

The truck is up Friday night so if I tear more I can get to the dealer on Sat for more boots.

yea i changed them with OEM sp-534 yea box says not adjustable.. but .. umm they are ... and honestly .. even 32 is not what they are supposed to be ... so ford is intentionally mis gapping plugs... and check my oirg post ... mine were ALL Over the place... .28 .34 .36 .38

.30 is what they should be ...
