Default 2013 Eco - P0131

I have 3 codes on my newly purchased '13 Eco w/ 300k on it.

P0131 02 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0131 (pd) 02 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0303 (pd) Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected

Can someone tell me how to proceed with the first 2 codes? I have replaced the plugs already which seemed to cure the misfire. The old plugs were toast!

Replace both front O2 sensors will resolve all the O2 codes. I realize only one is showing to be bad, but it is always a good idea to replace both. Those are both the pre-cat O2 sensors. Closest to the turbos that is.

The misfire can probably be resolved by replacing all the spark plugs, making sure they are gapped to .030 roughly, and drilling the weep hole in the intercooler.
