I called and gave them the TSB info. Hopefully you're right, that looks to be an easy fix.

Talked to the dealer today. They agree with TSB you posted (thanks again). Part is ordered, and should be replaced tomorrow.

btw, is there anyways u could post the video? im trying to explain to the tech whats going on, but it sounds like your video is my exact same symptom as well!
