I guess one always has to have the latest and greatest.
that's a little harsh. maybe if you have an '11 or '12 it wouldn't be necessary, but I drive a 2010 King Ranch with the high-maintenance seats and the 5.4L that is basically an antique compared to the new engines. the value of the '12 and older is probably going to drop significantly so if you upgrade every couple years it may be worth it in the end to get a '13.

Also, on page 27 of the link aforementioned it says that we can get the 6.2L in the supercab 6.5' bed with 4x2 or 4x4. Pretty awesome, I think. Ford exec's do read our posts on here HAHA!
I definitely noticed that. It would be nice to have the entire engine lineup available for all the Trim levels of the 150. But yes, I hope we are reading that correctly, it would be great to have the 6.2 in an FX2/4 or XLT!

Does anyone know if you can get the 3.73 gears without the Trailer Tow Package?

Looks like it is possible in various cab length with only the 5.0 , 4x4 and 4x2 It is the e locker version. Most of the other versions besides the 5.0 engine require max
It appears fx4 has it also and if you go with max payload you get it.
Somewhere on here there is a link to the 38 page 13 build book, there is a chart on page 37 with all the axles

I just got a build for a 2013 fx2 with the 6.2L. I wanted to get 3.73 to go with the 6.2 but I dislike the trailer tow mirrors.
