I've read many have had complaints of noisy cabs in the newer trucks. With those threads there are as many who chime in on how quite theirs is. I'm not interested in who contests that the cab "is" quite or not. I had a 2010 XLT screw and now have a 2013 exact same truck except with Eco boost. This new truck has a much noisier cab, period. The wind noise is mostly what I hear. Can any one chime in on if theirs was noisy and they made and progress in getting it corrected? I swear the 2010 was a better built truck. There is many things I see lessened up on the newer one. I could make a long list. 15000 miles on it so far.

I had a 13 CC EB. it was extremely quiet on highway. I always cleaned and added 303 to all my door seals, kept them soft and pliable and kept that new truck seal. Just a suggestion.

I got a 13 scab with 700 miles so far and the wind noise is annoying.i rode in my cousins 11 screw and that thing is so quiet.i just hope the seals need a breaking period also..

I dont think dynamat is gonna fix wind noise.it seems to be something to do with the rubber seals.but i could be wrong.

I've noticed wind noise in mine as well. Only with the radio off. Id love to see this quiet down. But overall I would say my cab is relatively quiet. Not much if any road noise. Just wind noise.

My truck is very quiet. Must be a hit and miss thing.

I made the same trade 10 for 13 XLT accept added 4x4 and went with the 5.0. I would say my 13 is quieter only because I had an annoying mirror vibration on the 10.
