Good plan that other shops just looking to soak up every dollar they can I'm sure they should fit maybe with a bit of trimming may also need wheel spacers but I don't know that for sure

No spacers for this guy... If they don't fit it's a level. These
Scorpions weren't so bad in the snow, but they suck ***** in the mud. Been stuck way too much.

the stock 18s need the spacers cause of the off set of the wheel you will have to see when you test fit it may rub on the upper control arm so you may need spacers or new wheels but I'm not sure what the 20 inch rims are like so you'll have to play it by ear usually from what I have read its just at full lock so if your not holding the wheel against the stop all the time you should be fine really

And I know what you mean I am not even wasting time with stock tires but going after market rims so I can fit wider tires

why not just buy a set of slip on 1/4" spacers and run them on the stock wheels?

I find it hard to believe that they rub. Where are they rubbing? If it is the plastic valance, just trim it. Getting different wheels will make the rubbing worse because they will have less backspacing than the stockers.

No rubbing at all. Stock 20's, 33x12.50 Toyo mt, 2" hell bent steel leveling kit($80). Installed level myself in under two hours, very simple.
