I hear yah... I did mine a month ago and haven't looked back since!!! 10x better light output...
If I can bear to do without them for a week I'm gonna have TuxedoBlack add the Halos to my oem HID's, like he did on the last pic 2013 black FX4...
Crappy Halogen's...
Oem Hid's...
2013 FX4 oem Hid's w/ Halo's installed as DRL's...

Looks good. I have a couple of those sitting in my shop waiting on the harness. I'm really glad to hear output performance is so much better with the hids. I hate driving my truck at night right now in the rain etc...

Parts needed:
H13 relay harness from The Retrofit Source
2 WPT925 pigtails (Cheapest I found was NationalFleetPart.com)
2 inline fuses from Radio Shack
Wire loom from Lowe's (I bought 3/8" I believe)
Wire (I used 16 gauge and bought it on eBay in 50' rolls, but I use wire for other stuff very often)
Solder & soldering iron
Heat shrink tubing
Electrical tape (I prefer Super 33+ 3M tape)
pin 4 connects to the ground wire (I ran a wire from pin 4 on each light to the relay and soldered them both to a single wire that I ran to the battery ground)
pin 3 connects to the red wire on the projector harness
pin 2 connects to the wires that are added and runs to the battery positive (I ran a single wire from pin 2 on each headlight to the relay harness and connected each to an inline 20 amp fuse. I soldered the two inline fuse wires into a single wire and ran it to the battery positive terminal)
pin 1 connects to the red wire on the ballast harness

I find it hard to believe I emailed him with my phone number and he contacted me that same day, Joseph's a great guy with awesome customer service, Im sure he's just extremely busy with making the harness's as well as all the hid retrofits he does, try again...
