My RAFE says 19 mpg. I have 7000 miles and have never done better than 16 mpg on a tank. I have not reset B and it is at 14.5.

My RAFE says 15.4

My Trip B which has never been reset says 16.7

Just a bit over 7200 miles.

Weird.

I wonder if it gets reset when a TSB is done?? My rafe is lower than trip B too. But if it was reset at last service, it fits.

Last time I checked mine was showing 16.4 which is about right. I have had several tsb's applied last month so I need to check it again and see if it reads differently now.

4. IPC enters engineering mode - ENGINEERING MODE displayed on 4.2" LCD
5. Press OK to cycle through tests until you get to fuel economy- i forget exactly what they call it.
Great info.

My trip B was never reset and read 19.1 mpg on my 2012 Ecoboost for over 40,000 miles. However on my trip to Alaska we left a Coleman Cooler which runs on electric through the cigarette lighter on all night. The battery went dead and my trip B reset. If I do this procedure will I be able to read my lifetime average?
