I am attempting to install the 5.0 Engine Cover on my 2012 FX4. I want to reroute the Heater Core Hoses from the Engine Block so the cover fits correctly. I am unsure of the Hose size. I was going to use a Dorman 3/4" x 5/8" 90 Degree Connector (Part# 800-419) at either end. Then I figured since I was replacing the hoses I would dress it up a bit with the Spectre Performance 3/4" Heater Hose Kit (Part# 39790).


Has anyone tried this with these parts?
Will these parts work?
Do I have the correct hose size?
