Hi Guys

Please dont kill me. I have 2012 fx4 recently i found something in my ecoboost. On Start at red light when in 2 gear it suddenly jerks, like manual shift in cars. Is it a natural or do i have to take to ford.

You can try resetting the computer by unplugging the battery negative cable for a few minutes and then go drive it. Do you tow alot?

If you take it to the dealer, the first time they are going to do the same thing I just said.

It's the FX4 package that causes the jerk. It's worse if you have the nav unit and sony stereo.

I had to do something to keep it going.

this is from stop to a roll or from gear 1 to 2?

Mine jerks at light throttle upshifting into third.. Same problem?

My XLT does the same thing. It does it with the 5.0 also.
